Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Repuvexa (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using Repuvexa on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Repuvexa is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Fees are charged in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits (AI generations, locations, and features) are described on the pricing page and enforced in the product. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Repuvexa to:

• Publish false, misleading, or incentivised reviews, or otherwise manipulate review platforms.
• Send review requests to people who have not done business with you or who have opted out.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to circumvent plan limits of the Service.

You are responsible for complying with the platform policies of Google and any other review or messaging provider you connect, and with applicable anti-spam laws.

5. AI-generated content

Repuvexa uses AI models to draft replies, messages, coaching recommendations, and marketing content. These drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything published or sent under your business name. We do not guarantee accuracy, ranking improvements, or specific business outcomes.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the business, review, and customer data you bring to Repuvexa. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you pay for.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your access ends at the close of the paid period and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.
